About Max
MEET THE ADORABLE MAX .... Available for adoption
This dandy fellow has come to our rescue from the RSPCA where he was unfortunatley surrendered by his family that where moving overseas. Max was collected from the RSPCA and spent the hour and a half drive to the rescue happily snoring his head off. Max met one of our other little rescue dogs and after it was established that he was small dog friendly he shared the back seat all the way home with her or at least what was left of the back seat once he made himself comfy and stretched himself out in true Greyhound fashion.
Max is a pretty laid back boy who likes to yodle now and again he has a really nice nature and has been the perfect gentleman, he has manners. Max is a good sized Grey boy but not a huge Grey boy. Max has a lovely personality, very laid back affectionate fellow. Hebeen very well behaved at the rescue and friendly with the other dogs.
What we know from Max's background so far is that he was surrendered by his owners to the RSPCA as they where going overseas. We believe from what we have been told that he has lived inside a home before.
Adoption details
Please email or phone to make the enquiry about the dog you are interested in adopting and we can answer any further questions you may have. We will then send you an adoption application form to complete and return via email along with ID and photo's of your garden/yard and fencing/gates.
If the adoption application is approved a home check & meet and greet with the dog you are interested in adopting will be arranged. If you have other dogs in the family we like them to come along and also meet with the dog.
If all goes ahead and you adopt the dog there is a 4 week trial period to make sure they settle in their new home ok. If it works out well the adoption papers are then finalised and all dogs from our adoption program must be registered with your local council and the microchip details changed into your name and contact details.
