About Sixpence
Sixpence is one beautiful soul that has had a terrible life.
Sixpence is just adorable inside and out. She gets on well with other small dogs, is cat friendly, great with people' and is also house trained.
Sixpence spent 3 weeks at the pound waiting for her owners to come. Of course they never did. She was microchipped, registered but not desexed.
Sixpence has been used as a breeding machine judging from her teats and was more than likely discarded when she was no longer producing puppies due to her age .
The home I am looking for will not have large or medium dogs , no children under the age of 12 and another Chihuahua for a fur friend would be ideal.
Sixpence has a heart murmur that is not requiring medication at this stage. She has had a full blood panel performed on her at my vets which detected that she was extremely anaemic when first into care here early January. This may have been caused by a few things but a hight worm burden was high on the list of causes. This has been rectified and a recent test showed her to be in normal range.
Sixpence is on the BARF kangaroo patties and it would be essential she continue on this diet for her to remain healthy. She has a chicken wing almost daily as well.. Sixpence loves her food and has gained a kilo in 2 months.
Sixpence is 3.2 kg and a purebred Chihuahua . She is a tiny girl with a big heart. Like most Chihuahua's.
Sixpence deserves the best of homes and I am here to find that home for her.
Sixpence is located in outer south west Sydney and is NOT available for interstate adoption.
