About Emma (2) (On Trial 6/4/13)
Introducing Emma, a 10 month old staffy x pup! If you are after a beautiful, laid back, sweet natured, fun loving pup, than Emma is the puppy for you!
She gets along great with other dogs even though she is a little wary and shy at first. She loves people, kids, and cats don't bother her.
Emma is not a big barker, but she will bark when she needs to. She likes going for walks and has good leash manners, she also loves playing with toys, balls, and anything else she can get her mouth on.
Emma is house trained, and since being in our care she has not had any accidents when she stays inside.
She knows simple commands such as sit, shake, and she will chase the ball. She will need further training and socializing as she is still a pup and is easily distracted while training.
I could write about how excellent Emma is all day but nothing speaks louder than meeting her in person!
For more information or to meet Emma please phone Caroline on 02 4988 6401. Emma is in foster care in Cessnock, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Emma’s $450 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
