About Rusty
Rusty is an 18mth male Red kelpie x. He is an adorable boy who has a gentle sweet temperament. Rusty came into rescue due to his owners unfortunate change in circumstances. Rusty is such a gentleman, he is very obedient and loves to please you. He has happly lived with cats and geese.
He loves other dogs and people. His happiest time is snuggled up on the lounge enjoying a cuddle and watching TV. Rusty enjoys playing with a ball and going for a swim. He can bring a ball back if you thrown it in the water. This game he loves.
The sort of dog you could take to the park and would play with dog that came up to him. He comes when you call him. He is a low maintenance boy, he is so easy going. He would suit a variety of families from people on there own looking for a companion to a young family with small kids. Rusty is a very sweet boy who is just a joy to have around.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
