Stella

Stella's owner is heading overseas for an extended period and can’t take her beloved dog with her so Stella is looking for a new home. Like all Cattle Dogs, she is active (even in her old age), extremely loyal, intelligent and robust. Stella is large for her breed at 23kg and is a happy dog that spends most of her time lying around on her favourite chair. And apart from barking to alert you when new people come to the door, she is pretty quiet. Stella does need regular exercise so will take as many walks as she can get and is presently walked every morning for about 20-30 minutes. Stella can get by without a walk occasionally but gets pretty restless after a day without one. She is used to being around lots of people and, whilst suspicious towards strangers, is very social with people she knows. Stella has been with a 4 year old doggy housemate that she mostly ignored and, although she has lived in some pretty small backyards across the inner west in her time, Stella would love her new home to have a reasonably sized yard with a grassed area and where she can enjoy some sunshine.
