Trixie

This extremely sweet little girl was owned by an elderly woman who recently moved into a nursing home and her family callously dumped poor little Trixie in a country Pound knowing she would most certainly die. Trixie was covered in fleas and very skinny and PAWS was alerted that this beautiful little dog needed help. She is bright, alert, loves cuddles and curling up on your lap and happy to wander around the garden or go for short walks. Trixie would love to spend her twilight years with 'her special person' who will love her, pat and give her kisses. When Trixie arrived at the vets she was found to have two small mammary tumours so x-rays were done and she was given the all clear so the tumours were removed. In true Trixie fashion, she was up and about and looking for cuddles soon after her surgery. Trixie has a low maintenance, shedding coat and she is very light with longer little legs. She is ready now and looking for love! Trixie's new owner will be very lucky to have the company of this very special little girl!
