About Lilly (On Trial 14/4/13)
Lilly is an 18 month old, female, tri colour Mini Foxie x. She loves lots of attention and cuddles. She loves all dogs and has lived with many dogs. She is very friendly to everybody. She especially adores children and would love to find a new home with a family with children to play with and grow up with.
Lilly is young and active and enjoys long walks and she walks nicely on lead. She comes when called with high pitched voice. She will sit when asked and then lay on her back with legs in the air to get a tummy rub. She is no trouble to feed since she loves all food - especially chicken. Her love of food is helpful with training. She would love to go to training classes. Lilly and my dog play nicely together and share each other's food. Lilly isn't a barker, only barking at the neighbours sometimes.
Lilly has been she spending the day time in our garden, then in the afternoon we come home and she spends the rest of time inside with us and our own dachshund. Lilly is an inside dog and needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside. In winter she'll need a little coat or jumper.
For more information or to meet Lilly please phone foster carer Debbie on 0408 825 714. Lilly is in foster care in Beresfield, NSW (near Maitland, northwest of Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Lilly's $400 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
