Howie ~De-sexed~

Hello my name is Howie!

I am a handsome, cute and extremely friendly boy and I just love cuddles! I am very laid back happy to just go with the flow. . Howie has to be one of the most laid back and cuddly boys we have here at the shelter he really knows how to make you fall head over heels in love with him!

Please note: Howie is de-sexed his adoption fee is $45 although the shelter dose also asks for a small donation to go towards his surgery as it is a very pricey procedure for the shelter.

A donation in not mandatory but we do ask for a donation on top of the $45 adopt fee to help pay some of the vet fees. It cost the shelter $75 to have males de-sexed

Howie did not get on with other male guinea pigs so he had to be de-sexed so he can still have a friend of his own kind.
You can adopted him with one of the females available at the shelter or you can adopt him on his own to go with a female you may already have.

Howie was surrendered to the shelter after a family bought Howie from a pet shop only to discover once home that Howie was suffering from a skin condition which turned out to be a fungal infestation the family had other guinea pigs and did not want to risk them catching what poor Howie had so contact Cavy Angel’s Guinea Pig Rescue and surrendered him to the shelter for treatment..
