Axel

Axel was surrendered by his owner as he was leaving town, and also Axel had been attacked by another dog, so Safe had his injuries stitched and vet checked and now he is in a loving foster home waiting for someone to give him a forever home, very affectionate and loyal, good with other dogs, a great family dog. This is from his Foster Carer "He knows basic commands. He's a "smiler" and very playful. Even with his injuries, he just wants to play. He's a little hesitant of dogs (understandable) but he's currently with my partners super placid Labrador so hopefully, he'll get his confidence back. He responds well to voice commands (ie stop barking-good boy) and an awesome guard dog. The gate was open on Saturday night-he didn't leave the property. He behaves well inside and will lay down. He's quite affectionate as well. I think he'd suit an active person or a family with kids. He just wants to be around people. It's such a shame he was surrendered by his owner-he's a sweetie who just needs some love"
