About Peppa (On Trial 28/3/13)
Introducing Peppa, a 4 year old, male, Purebred Miniature Poodle. He is a gorgeous boy who enjoys being close to you and loves a snuggle. He is an inside dog and would be best suited to a family who is home the majority of the time as he does have some separation anxiety. Peppa gets on well with other dogs and walks well on a lead.
Peppa was surrendered by his previous owner who was using him for breeding. Peppa is toilet trained and has mastered the doggy door. If you're looking for a beautiful dog who will be your shadow then Peppa is your little man.
Peppa has a non-shedding coat so he will need regular combing (every few days depending on length), bathing (every few weeks) and clipping (every 4 to 8 weeks) to keep him comfortable and beautiful. You'll need to be prepared to commit to this if you want a poodle. Poodles are very intelligent dogs and do well at training.
Please text me on 0410-489-019 during business hours, or after hours feel free to ring. Peppa is in foster care in East Maitland, NSW (20 minutes northwest of Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Peppa's $500 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
