About Burt
Burt was rescued from Gosford Pound. He has a sweet nature, gets on with other dogs. Wants to be with his human, loves squeaky toys. He is about 6yrs but still very playful. Gentle with children, house trained, does not jump up. Would make an ideal companion. He is a Belgian Shepherd cross but not sure what with as he looks like a Belgian with Belgian mannerisms. He is fascinated by kittens and will sit a watch them playing for hours but not sure what he would do if he was confronted by one. Loike all the animals here he is de-sexed chipped and vaccinated.
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
