About Toby (On Trial 23/3/13)
Meet Toby. He is a 6 month old Kelpie puppy. Toby is an absolute delight to have in foster care.
Toby absolutely loves water. We cannot keep him out of it. He will play in it all day. Toby knows some basic commands like sit and come.
Toby loves playing fetch and loves running and playing with his 5 other foster brothers and sisters.
Toby loves other dogs and people. Toby would ideally need an active family with another dog as he can become bored quite easily. Toby rarely barks.
Toby like all puppies would benefit from puppy classes as he would excel and reach his full potential.
For more information or to meet Toby please phone Chloe or Mat on 0421 669 884 or email them at matnchlo@bigpond.com. Toby is in foster care in Cameron Park, NSW 2285 and is available for adoption interstate.
Toby’s $450 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
