About Gilbert
Gilbert (Gilly) was living in inner-Sydney as a friendly stray being fed by locals along with his mum Sunflower and his bestie, Betty (see other ads).
In early February, Gilly, Sunflower and Betty came into kitty foster care in inner city Glebe (2037). Gilly was desexed and vet checked and is now happily ensconced in his foster home eating, sleeping and playing. He is definitely content but what would make him really happy is to have a safe, loving forever home.
Gilly is a handsome boy with a heart of gold. He is sleek and slender but solid. His beautiful fur is white with amazing ginger tabby markings. He has a funny ginger moustache! Gilly can be a little nervous at first but once he gets to know you he relaxes and lets you see his cool, funny, gentle and playful personality. He loves pats and you can hear him purring from about 10 metres away! He can be a little nervous and jumpy at loud noises but he quickly settles again. He likes hanging out with Betty and would be fine living with another cat or cats. Gilbert would be best living in a dog free home – coming from the streets, he is very nervous about dogs
