About Angel (On Trial 12/3/13)
Angel is a wolfhound x and nearly 8 weeks old. Her name says it all, she is a perfect angel. She loves cuddles, running around the yard, and especially loves playtime with her sister Cheeky (also from the same litter and available for adoption).
Angel being just a puppy will have a play, eat and drink and then need a big sleep before starting all over again. Angel is fanatastic during the night as she will go to bed in her playpen at 9pm and i will not hear a peep out of her again until morning.
We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training, and not to be left outside in a yard all alone.
Angel will need a dedicated family who have the time to spend with her. She doesn't like being left alone so she will need to have either another dog or someone with her during the day.
Angel and her 9 siblings (also available for adoption) were born on 03/01/13. We think dad may have been a border collie. She and her littermates will be ready to go to permanent homes after the 16th March but can be viewed now. If you leave a deposit your chosen puppy will be reserved for you.
For more information or to meet Angel please phone foster carer Michelle on 0417432012 or email mishl33@hotmail.com for an adoption application to be emailed. Angel is in foster care in Elermore Vale NSW.
Angel's $450 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
