Oscar

With the Academy Awards coming up soon, we can't understand why this intelligent, friendly, charming, handsome and entertaining little character wasn't nominated for an Oscar as well. The Poodle breed comes in three sizes, Standard, Miniature and Toy and our little Oscar is considerably smaller in height and overall frame size to a Standard Poodle but not quite as small as a Toy Poodle. He is house trained, loves to play with his doggy foster brothers and sisters and will require the company of another doggy playmate in his new home. Oscar just loves all the comforts of being an inside dog like sleeping on the bed, curling up on your lap and getting lots of cuddles. Oscar is an active little dog and is used to a family home with a child and just loves travelling in the car. He was surrendered due to unfortunate family circumstances and, prior to coming to PAWS, Oscar was temporarily boarded at a home where, although well cared for, he was not allowed inside and missed the family life he had been used to. Oscar is not fussy with his food and is good to bath and groom. His coat is very low shedding but will need regular grooming to keep up his movie-star good looks.
