About Warren (On Trail 6/4/13)
This baby boy is Warren, a 6-7 month old Ridgeback puppy and he is the most adorable little puppy I have ever met.
I have been looking after him for the past few weeks and he is so beautifully behaved I've barely even noticed I have an extra puppy living in my house.
He is very affectionate, just loves his food, walks very well on a lead, gets along perfectly with my 6 month old retriever, comes when I call and is learning to sit on command.
He comes to cafes with me and sits quietly beside me and always receives comments on how physically beautiful and well behaved he is. He is a little shy around people at first, particularly men, however warms up when given the chance. He loves to have company so needs to go to a home with a family with another dog. He is also an indoor/outdoor puppy so will need to go to a home where he will be allowed to sleep inside and spend time inside with his new family when they're home.
For more information or to meet Warren please phone Michelle on 02 4951 1896 / 0417 432 012 or email them at mishl33@hotmail.com. Warren is in foster care in Tingara Heights, NSW (Newcastle) 2290 and is available for adoption interstate.
Warren’s $450 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
