About Sookie (On Trial 28/3/13)
Sookie is a beautiful 6-7 month old Great Dane X. We have fallen in love with her so quickly! Sookie is very affectionate she loves pats and lots of cuddles.
Sookie is a really fast learner as she is eager to please. She lives outside, gets along really well with other dogs. Cats do not bother her at all. Sookie loves to play with children and will happily let them walk her on her lead on her daily walks. She will need a fenced yard with a good shelter/kennel. Sookie will do anything for a treat. Her chew toys will keep her occupied for hours!
Sookie will be a perfect fit for any family who are willing to play with her and give her lots of love.

Sookie's $450 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
