About Bundy *On Trial in His New Home*
*BUNDY IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HIS NEW HOME* This adorable little dog is Bundy and he’s looking for a loving forever home – will it be with you???
Cutie-pie Bundy found himself surrendered to our local pound through no fault of his own so we had to step in and save him from this scary experience. He’s now settled into foster care and is having a ball with his carers’ own dogs and he’s terrific with the household cats too. Bundy’s even good around their ducks, chooks and rabbits, he’s such a gentle boy. (My photos don’t do this boy justice; he’s far more gorgeous in real life!)
Bundy is a sweet little dog who isn’t at all “in your face” or yappy, he can even be a bit shy when you first meet him but he soon warms up. He enjoys playtime and cuddles with his carers 3 young children who can do anything with him and he likes to sneak into their room and sleep with one of them at night if he can get away with it. Bundy wasn’t allowed inside in his previous life so he’s really loving being a part of the household goings on and was easily toilet trained. While in care Bundy has been brushing up on “sit” and he also knows the “down” command even though he rarely jumps up on you although he does like to hop on your lap for snuggles and some tv time when asked. He doesn’t appear to have spent much time on a lead so his carer will be helping him with this.
Being a little fella, who weighs less than 5kgs, Bundy’s a terrific “take anywhere” size and is fairly low maintenance, only requiring a run around the backyard or a walk around the block to use up his energy. Secure fencing, chicken necks to chew on and toys to play with will make Bundy very happy indeed!!
Bundy would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a friendly doggie companion or on his own as he was an only dog in his past life but only if he won’t be left alone for long periods of time especially while he’s settling in to his new home.

Bundy is desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated and wormed.

Heartworm test = negative (commenced Heartgard).
Adoption details
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed,
references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
