About Rocket (On Trial 16/3/13)
Rocket is a gorgeous little 18 month to 2 year old Mini-Foxy & is an absolute pleasure to have around.
Rocket is very easy company, he loves his people snuggles & will follow you around where ever you go making a perfect companion doggy. He is also fantastic with kids, though his kisses can be a little overwhelming for the toddlers.
Rocket is an indoor boy who is perfectly toilet trained. He does enjoy a little yard time & the occasional walk, but is just as happy to spend most of his time lazing around at your feet, next to you on the couch or curled up in your lap.
Rocket prefers his person to be home with him most of the time.
Young Rocket has no time for cats, but is very sociable with other dogs. All his vet work has been done and is now ready to find his furever home.
For more information or to meet Rocket, please phone Caroline on 02 4988 6401 or email moorefieldsfarm@bigpond.com. Rocket is available for adoption interstate and is in foster care in Charlestown, NSW.
Dog Rescue Newcastle, www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au, is a not-for-profit, volunteer organization. Rocket’s adoption fee is $400 which covers his desexing, vaccinations, flea & work treatments, microchipping and lifetime registration. Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
