Archie - Adoption Pending

Archie is a handsome, medium sized dog that is likely to grow a bit more. He is highly sociable and clever. He has basic obedience but the beagle influence results in Archie’s attention being directed to the scent of animals and birds, should they be nearby. At his current age and training level, it is difficult to attract Archie’s attention when he is distracted. He loves people and other dogs. He requires supervision when first being introduced to children as his enthusiasm and introductory joy displaces his awareness of his own body weight and associated strength. He enjoys swimming in both fresh and salt water.

He is very excitable as he is still a puppy so needs a new family who will take him to training and exercise him regularly. He does not mind a sleep in and is receptive to affection, particularly in the mornings and evenings. He tolerates MKR and enjoys watching You Tube videos of dogs, cats and goat versions of Taylor Swift songs.

Archie will need a well fenced yard. He is a lovely boy and is looking for a forever home.
