About Mollie *On Trial in Her New Home*
*MOLLIE IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HER NEW HOME* Mollie, the adorable little snuggle-bunny, is looking for a loving forever home where she can be a part of the household goings on; will it be with you?
This friendly affectionate pup was recently surrendered to SARG for rehousing as her owner hadn’t thought of her own work/travel commitments when she took on a new puppy. Now Mollie has settled in well into foster care where she’s learning the joy of being an inside/outside doggie as she wasn’t allowed in the house in her previous life. Apart from a couple of accidents at first Mollie is doing really well with her toilet training. She’d also never been walking on a lead so now she’s getting the hang of that too as well as learning the “sit” and “down” commands; she’s such a clever girl who’s eager to learn and please! Mollie is playful with other dogs, she even has a little crush on one of her foster carers’ Shih Tzu boys and she’s not bothered by indoor cats; she’s not even fazed by her carers’ free-range chooks – Mollie adores everyone and everything she meets!
Being a Maltese x Shi Tzu little Mollie doesn’t shed much hair though she’ll require a good brush every couple of days and a professional clip when required – we’ve already given Mollie her first hair cut as she was quite matted and she was surprisingly well behaved for our groomer. Secure fencing, chicken necks to chew on, toys to play with and lots of cuddles will make Mollie very happy indeed!
Gorgeous Mollie would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie friend to learn from or on her own so long as she’s not left for long periods of time as she’s used to having company.

Adoption details
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed,
references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
