Little Jeanie has had hard start to her young life .. so she is a little timid and shy......plus she is deaf....but she has a great spirit and a drive to learn

Jeanie is learning to trust and she is extremely affectionate .. preferring to sit between your legs or on your lap.

She is a Border Collie Mix so she will need regular exercise both physically and mentally.

Border Collies are known for their intelligence .. Jeanie would not suit just sitting in someones back yard.....she would need some dedicated to learning about deaf dogs or prior experience with deaf dogs...we dont the extent to her deafness, she may be able to hear the high pitch dog whistle but we dont know for sure.

Jeanie would require an active family willing to make her part of their outings and together time .. she will love training and she would also benefit from puppy school.......her deafness wouldnt stop her from doing flyball or other such fun activites.

Jeanie's new family/person who adopt her will be very lucky indeed .. she is a treasure.
