About Nelson (On Trial 17/2/13)
Hi, I'm Nelson. I am an 18 month old Staffy x. I am a happy boy, and I LOVE the company of people and other dogs. Cats don't bother me although I may go up and check them out. I am great around children and babies too. If you are looking for a loyal dog, then here I am!
I enjoy walks, cuddles, fetching balls or just laying at your feet snoozing. I like the outdoors, but I like being able to come inside at times also. I am proudly housetrained!
I take direction well and I learn fast. I am obedient and gentle. I would prefer my forever home to have another dog to play with or someone who will spend quality time with me every day. My forever home would also need to have high Colourbond fences as I have been known to jump fences and explore outside my home. Please come and meet me and hopefully you will be my forever friend.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
