Twiggy

wiggy is a gentle, loving and affectionate girl who is always ready for a pat and a cuddle. Her photo does not do her justice, and she is not nearly as plump as it makes her out to be! Twiggy has the most beautiful curl to her hair and it is quite thick on her back and sides then more fine on her head but does not seem to shed. She is currently living with a male Jack Russell and happily plays and wrestles with him, running around the backyard. Once she's had enough Twiggy will seek out a family member and then plonk at their feet for a rest. She has an inquisitive spirit and loves to poke about in the bushes up the back exploring and seeing what she can find but responds to her name and comes when called. Twiggy is quiet and well behaved and always waits patiently while her dinner is being prepared. When it comes to bed time, Twiggy happily goes to her bed and no-one hears a peep from her all night. She is house trained and at the moment is using the doggy door with the flap up but her carers are in the process of teaching her to go through the flap and she should master this soon. Twiggy has not been heard to bark as yet, but does like to howl at passing fire engines - it sounds very cute! She loves everyone, is not intimidated by children or strangers and will quite happily go up and greet visitors. Twiggy would suit any type of family and has fitted beautifully into her foster home so we know she would become a treasured part of any family.
