About Molly
Molly is a gorgeous 6 year old girl looking for a new home where she is loved and cared for.
She retired from racing about 3 years ago and was left behind at her trainer’s property to be disposed off but her trainer kept her. He kept her for years but knew that she would be better off living with a family rather than confined to kennels. He finally surrendered her to us mid December 2012.
Molly is living in foster care with other greyhound boys and girls and it seems like she has been with us forever. She is relaxed and happy, goes with the flow and makes a great pet.
She is cuddly and affectionate and loves a good snooze on the couch. Molly is also a social girl and enjoys a good play and run in the garden.
Her ideal home has another dog for company although she would also be happy to be an only dog. She can also go to a family with older kids and would prefer if you would not leave her alone for long hours. Molly will need to continue her pet training in her new family and get exposure to the many exciting things the world has to offer. She wants to be integrated in family activities as much as possible too and likes to keep active.
She gets along with all dogs, small and large but is not cat friendly.

2) Fill in our adoption inquiry form so we can learn more about you, your family and lifestyle.
3) We match a greyhound to your family and work situation based on the information given in our adoption inquiry
4) Kay's Greys conducts a house check and introduces you to the greyhound
5) If you like the greyhound, he/she goes on a 3- 4 week trial with you
6) After a successful trial period, the greyhound moves in permanently with your family. If it doesn't work out, we take the greyhound back and you can try a different one if you like
