About Sphinx
Sphinx is a very affectionate, loves to be close to you when with you (under your feet even), very much an over sized 'lapdog'.
Sphinx has no dramas being left alone, doesn't bark or cry or try to escape.
Although still being at an impressionable young age he is still going through his "chewing" stage", so be sure to have plenty of fun chewing toys around for him to play with.
He will sit on cue 90% of the time & is relatively attentive in public places, seems to have a good recall & will come to almost any sound.
Sphinx would suit a family with older children at this stage as he is prone to running into people and doesn't realise he is a big boofa.
(Although with the appropriate training this can be worked on.)
Sphinx also likes water and enjoys a bath and blowdry...
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing maggiesrescueadoptions@gmail.com or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
