Tessy

Tessy was rescued from a rubbish bin before Christmas, along with 14 other guinea pigs. Unlike another female, she managed to hold onto her babies through this stressful event and did not miscarry. On the 1.1.13, a few weeks after rescue while she was getting proper care and nourishment, she gave birth to two healthy baby boys (Pedro and Pablo). Tessy has been a great mum, and will be ready in a couple of weeks when her babies have been weaned. She is probably the friendliest of the piggies at our shelter, and enjoys being talked to and patted.
