About Chester
HANDSOME CHESTER .... Looking for a loyal buddy then don't overlook this young man
Currently in foster care still seeking his forever home
This friendly young man is a very handsome short haired Border Collie, gorgeous coat, medium in size. Chester is a very outgoing and heaps friendly. He is an active boy who loves a good run so will need a home where he will get regular exercise or on acreage. Of course he gets excited to be let out of his kennel each morning but soon settles an intelligent boy, obedient to commands once he know you.
He has shown himself to be wonderful in nature with children and good at the rescue shelter with both male and female dogs of all sizes.
Chester was yet another lost boy found wandering and handed in to the local council shelter where he had a few days before he would have been PTS. Chester was taken in by the Pets in Limbo Rescue Shelter where he is safe and waiting patiently to be picked by his new family.
Adoption details
Please email or phone to make the enquiry about the dog you are interested in adopting and we can answer any further questions you may have. We will then send you an adoption application form to complete and return via email along with ID and photo's of your garden/yard and fencing/gates.
If the adoption application is approved a home check & meet and greet with the dog you are interested in adopting will be arranged. If you have other dogs in the family we like them to come along and also meet with the dog.
If all goes ahead and you adopt the dog there is a 4 week trial period to make sure they settle in their new home ok. If it works out well the adoption papers are then finalised and all dogs from our adoption program must be registered with your local council and the microchip details changed into your name and contact details.
