About Ken aka King
My name is Ken or King, my mother came to Happy Paws just after my brothers and sisters were born. We all got adopted. I went to a lovely home with my sister Kathy. Our names were changed, mine from Ken to King and my sister became Millie instead of Kathy. Almost exactly a year ago, having been away for three years, we had to come back. Our owners had to give us up due to illness in the family and they could not keep us any more. We love being with humans, we have lovely gentle personalities, we are house trained, friendly, affectionate and we really need a place of our own. We come micro-chipped, de-sexed, immunised, regularly wormed and de-flead.
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
