About Tigger
Tigger, is a greyhound which was reluctantly surrendered. He has raced, and is food possessive so needs to be fed on his own. He loves to play and bounce like all Tiggers do. He is extremely affectionate and just wants to be near you. He needs to be put through the greenhound collar process so that he can get use to small animals, cats and small dogs. He would be better as a companion dog and in a household there are no small animals as pets. He is fine with other dogs medium to large, or a similar size to himself.
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
