About Goldie
Goldie is a really beautiful soul, sweet natured and a gentle, easy girl. A very friendly, real people dog she just wants to be by your side and adores children. Well behaved and very intelligent, socialises well with other dogs here at the shelter of all sizes. Goldie is currently in foster care where she has been getting used to the cats and chooks. Loves to play but also happy to just chill out and spend time with you.
Goldie played with the visiting family this weekend and the good natured girl that she is let the kids let her dress her up for her Pets in Limbo Christmas pics. She was so happy to be out of her kennel, content in their company. Goldie will need to be an indoor/outdoor dog in her new home.
Goldie came to Pets in Limbo Rescue Shelter from a council pound where she would have been put to sleep. Goldie had been reported dumped by her previous owners the council, always such a shame for these dogs and Goldie has had no difficult behaviour or issues whilst in our care.
Medical notes
Vetwork will be completed prior to going to her forever home
Adoption details
Please email or phone to make the enquiry about the dog you are interested in adopting and we can answer any further questions you may have. We will then send you an adoption application form to complete and return via email along with ID and photo's of your garden/yard and fencing/gates.
If the adoption application is approved a home check & meet and greet with the dog you are interested in adopting will be arranged. If you have other dogs in the family we like them to come along and also meet with the dog.
If all goes ahead and you adopt the dog there is a 4 week trial period to make sure they settle in their new home ok. If it works out well the adoption papers are then finalised and all dogs from our adoption program must be registered with your local council and the microchip details changed into your name and contact details.
