Rescued from Mildura pound in July this year happy pup Jethro has settled in well into foster care where his carer’s male Border Collie cross is showing him the ropes. We’re not sure what breeds make up this little “Heinz 57” though both our vets and ourselves agree we can see some Staffy in him and we reckon he’ll be on the small side of medium once he finishes growing – he currently weighs 11kgs at 7 months of age so he hasn’t got a lot more growing to do.

As Jethro is now housetrained and using a doggie door (he also sleeps inside at night) he would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to learn from or on his own but only if he won’t be left alone for long periods of time especially while he’s settling into his new home.
