About Boots (On Trial 22/12/12)
Boots is a stunning pure-bred black Kelpie with white 'boots'. Female, 6 months old, very tall and very striking.
Boots has an adorable and sweet personality, although quite timid she responds very quickly with positive encouragement. She behaves well around children and will sit automatically for treats. As Boots is a young Kelpie she has loads of energy and will need space and lots of stimulation - either a home with a very active lifestyle or a proper job to keep her focused.
Boots has had basic training, she sits, drops and shakes hands - she has enormous potential being so young and so smart - she could excel at agility, obedience or any other training she is given.
Boots is a beautiful dog with a gorgeous personality.
For more information or to meet Boots please phone foster carer Caroline on 02 4988 6401. Boots is in foster care in the Raymond Terrace area near Newcastle, NSW 2324. Boots' $450 adoption fee covers her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. Your support allows us to continue saving other homeless dogs like Boots.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
