About Rex
Hi
My name is Rex and I was born on 8th December 04 so I have just turned 8. Everyone says I am a gorgeous fellow full of fun. So I am starting to get really sad watching the other dogs go to their new homes while I just stare at them disappearing down the drive wondering why no-one picks me.
I love playing with toys nearly as much as I love cuddles and am a smart dog. I can sit, drop, shake hands and I'm also good on a lead if you are a good dog handler. If not I will pull on the lead a little. I have never lived with either children or another dog.
I love my toys so much that I get really possessive about them so Stafford Rescue think the wisest course of action is for me to go to a single dog home where I get to keep my toys all to myself. For the same reason its best you don't have small children but older children would be fine with me (they can throw my balls !!!) and I am ok with the dogs here or going for walks, its just that toy problem. It may be that I have never had my own toys before and will grow out of it. It's a shame dog's can't talk about their past.
My new home must be out there somewhere ? I am full of love and can't wait to meet you.
If you think you could give me a loving forever home could you please go to www.staffordrescuevictoria.org.au and fill out an adoption request form before phoning Jan on 0408 515 111. If she doesn't acknowledge that she received your application it means she didn't receive it so please call her again.
