About Bear (On Hold pending adoption 29/12/12)
Introducing - Bear, 10 weeks old, male, Labrador x Rotti.
Dear Santa, My name is Bear and I only have one wish for Christmas. I don't need fancy toys or expensive beds. The only thing I want this Christmas is a family for me to give all my love to for the rest of my life. I know Santa that I am only a wee pup and that this is only my first Christmas but I know with all of my heart that if you send me a loving family that I will be a loyal, loving and a really, really good boy for them.
The thing is Santa, I am only 10 weeks old but I already weigh nearly 10 kilos so it's probably best to send me a family who will walk me every day as I am going to be a big, strong, healthy boy that will be full of energy.
I am the perfect age to start puppy school training so I can continue learning what my foster mum has been teaching me. Things like walking nicely on the lead, sitting like a good boy, and most importantly to do my business outside.
I have 3 other brothers, Bentley, Chance and Scout, and I currently live with a group of dogs of all breeds and sizes so I have been really well socialised. I have met the cat and I wag my tail so a family with a cat or another dog is no problem. I have a very easygoing, playful and loving temperament so if you have a family looking for a dog like me could you please get them to contact my foster mum Shiree on 02 4392 1834 or email shiree78@hotmail.com
P.S Santa - I really would like some fun toys and a nice comfy bed...
P.P.S Santa - My 3 brothers Bentley, Chance and Scout are also looking for a loving furever-family if you have any spare!

Bear is in foster care in Kanwal on the Central Coast, NSW 2259. His $450 adoption fee covers his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and microchipping.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
