About Chelsea (On Trial 13/1/13)
Kelpie cross. At just 11 months of age Chelsea is a gorgeous, friendly, inquisitive and active girl. Chelsea loves adults and children and playing with other dogs. \ Our own dogs love having Chelsea as a play mate.
Chelsea still has some puppy behaviours such as mouthing and chewing the odd item, however she is a fast learner and easy to steer towards her toys.
Chelsea is fully house-trained and is a pleasure to have in foster care within our family.
Chelsea would love to go to a home where she has a doggie friend to run around with or to live with an active person/family. Chelsea is looking for a loving and safe forever home.
Chelsea is in foster care in Central Coast NSW, For more information or to meet Chelsea, please phone her foster carer Marion 0418 611 020 Email: maz_aaron@yahoo.com.au
Dog Rescue Newcastle www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. Our $400 adoption fee covers the dog's de-sexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, micro-chipping, and lifetime registration. Your support allows us to continue saving homeless dogs.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
