About Bindi
Bindi is a beautiful 14 month old Irish Wolfhound cross, crossed with what we aren't really sure. She has an incredibly relaxed nature, and we haven't yet encountered a person, dog or any other animal that she hasn't gotten along with.
Bindi is fully house trained, and although can be a little clutsy inside, is very well behaved and likes to lie at your feet, or on your lap (yes, she thinks she is a little lap-dog). We have three cats inside, and she likes to lie on the floor with them and cuddle. Bindi is also fully crate trained, and is very well behaved when left in her crate.
Bindi was a VERY skinny unclaimed pound puppy a few months ago, and since then has become a very fit, well fed young lady. She has literally doubled her weight, which gives an idea of how skinny she was to start with. Despite her rocky start, Bindi is very good with food, and sharing with other dogs.
Bindi needs a forever home with very secure fencing, especially considering how large she is and is able to jump very high fencing. She also needs a new forever home where her new owner is home and is able to spend a lot of time with her - as she can become quite anxious. Alternatively, she needs another dog to keep her company, but the key is secure, HIGH fencing.
Bindi is a beautiful dog, and we, as her foster carers, only wish that we were able to adopt this gorgeous dog ourselves. She is incredible, and very entertaining, and whoever scores her is going to be very lucky!
