About Lucy (On Trial 13/12/12)
Hi I'm Lucy, an 8 year old, pure bred standard schnauzer. I love to cuddle up on the lounge and go for walks. I am house trained and can use a doggy door. My coat is low shedding and I will need to clipped approximately every 8 weeks, and brushed and bathed regularly.
I am looking for a forever home where my humans are home most of the time and I can live inside with them. I love having other dogs for company as I like to play.
If you think you can give me a fantastic home please ring my foster mum Janet 0410 489 019. We are in Thornton, NSW (near Maitland).

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
