Poppet

What a fantastic character this little guy has. A big lovable personality in a very handsome little package, just 5.5 kgs.

Everyone he meets through his foster family fall in love with him immediately. He loves people and dogs and even the cat in his foster home (who he is exactly the same size as).

This little dog is as sharp as a tack and interested in everything. He learns very quickly and is always so eager to please. He loves walking along the beach and around the suburb making sure to say hello courteously to all the other dogs he passes.

Poppet also loves catching his ball and entertaining himself with his cuddly and squeaky toys. He especially loves to cuddle and sit beside you and on your lap and to sleep as close to you as he can at night.

Poppet is extremely easy to manage due to his intelligence and responsiveness to people. Like all smart young dogs he will need a high level of affection, mental stimulation and adequate exercise for happiness. He is not a barker unless he has a good reason.

Poppet will be happiest with a companion who can devote adequate time to him and would ideally suit someone who is at home a fair amount of the time. He does not like to be left at home by himself for more than short periods. He will make some lucky person a very special and loveable life companion.
