About Lando
** Lando is trialling his new home **
Lando is a beautiful, smoochy dog. He just wants to be beside you and be patted all the time. When you stop patting he will paw you to say more pats please and he purrs when patted. He might be ok with another quiet dog, but he really does love people. Lando would like to live with someone who is home most of the time and who wants a loyal companion.
Lando is an older boy who has been well loved in his life, but due to family circumstances, now needs a new home. Lando sleeps inside and likes to be covered up when he sleeps. He is toilet trained and will tell you when he needs to go outside. He loves his treats and does a little dance for them.
Lando has never met a cat in his 12 years, so we don’t know how he would go with cats.
Lando walks ok on the lead, but has not had a lot of training, and doesn’t always come back when called. Like many dogs, Lando has a fear of thunderstorms and fireworks so would need to be kept inside at these times.
Lando is a lovely older boy, looking for someone to love him and care for him during his twilight years. He still has a lot of love to give!!
Medical notes
Lando is 12 years old, so he has some loss of hearing and eyesight. He has a condition with his ears that requires drops (more information will be provided). \ He still moves very well for his age and can trot around well.
NOT AS BIG AS HE LOOKS! Lando is only a medium sized dog.
