Jackie

Little red brindle Jackie arrived yesterday. The owner who sent her said that a 7 year old boy who had not previously had anything to do with greyhounds was able to walk her easily. She seems quiet and shy. Apparently she was a top racer until she broke a toe so she is therefore unlikely to be cat friendly, but has yet to be tested.

Jen, our volunteer kennel photographer, says Jackie's a little unsure and upset at the moment. She's very sweet, but shy and scared. \ Lovely, friendly and wants to be affectionate but too unsettled to know what to do. A foster carer would help us establish if she is a true family greyhound and great with kids as she certainly shows potential to be this type of girl.
