About Dixie
Dixie is a stunning and affectionate girl that loves attention. She is house trained, can use a doggy door and will sit until her food is placed in front of her and she is given the command to eat. Dixie is happy to be outdoors with you in the garden or just lounge about with you in the house. She will come on recall to 'Dixie come' and also sit on the command 'Dixie sit' even when at a busy off leash dog park. Dixie is well socialised and interacts well with other dogs at the park and she loves to chase balls and sprint around with any dog who appears. She has been living with another playful dog and they have spent many hours wrestling together. Dixie loves pats and cuddles and likes to lick you as a sign of affection. She is a very active dog who requires lots of exercise and stimulation and so would be ideal for agility or flyball. Dixie is currently very strong on lead as she has so much energy to burn off so further training in this department would be helpful. She has a shedding, short coat that requires little maintenance other than regular brushing. Dixie is an indoor dog and ideally she would have the company of another very playful dog as a companion in her new home. She requires energetic daily exercise and would suit a family of active people.
