About Lily (On Trial 30/12/12)
Lilly, 6 month old Dalmation x Wolfhound, is ready for her adopted family. She has a big personality, friendly to all creatures big and small. She is a fun loving and gentle large puppy. She loves her belly rubbed and gives beautiful kisses when you arrive home.
Lilly likes to run and also swim and play tug- a- war with our 2 dogs. Lilly walks beautifully on a lead and is obedient off leash as well. Lilly is house trained and not a barker. She is great with children and would make a loving addition to any family or an excellent companion dog as she has a beautiful nature and learns quickly so easily trained.
Lily is in foster care in Charlestown, NSW. For more information or to meet Lily, please phone her foster carer Fiona on mobile 0417-060-137.
www.DogRescueNewcastle.com.au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. Our $400 adoption fee covers the dog's de-sexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, micro-chipping, and lifetime registration. Your support allows us to continue saving homeless dogs.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
