Ditto

Ditto is a friendly fellow, and generally calm and quiet. He enjoys playing with toys (by himself), he also loves to lie in the sun, bum to bum with one of my dogs. He sleeps quietly through the night, (up to ten hours), without any accidents.

He is good on the lead, but at the start of a walk he pulls (so needs a strong handler to continue to correct the behaviour), then will relax. He enjoys an hour walk, but I’m sure would benefit from second walk.

He will sit ‘most’ of the time, (and if he doesn’t, and then is encouraged with a push of the bottom, he will sit). He will lie down with physical encouragement, and I reward this with a tummy tickle and massage, if he is quiet. He is obedient not to touch his food until commanded, and gobbles it all up. He is cute and endearing.

Ditto is very people/dog friendly but still needs to learn some manners when playing with other dogs, as not every dog will appreciate his play style. Older children are preferred at this stage as he can be a little too energetic for small kids.
