About Fly (On Trial 30/11/12)
Fly is a 9 week old, female, Border Collie X puppy. She is very intelligent, packed with energy and she responds quickly to commands. Fly has a very cute, cheeky face and will probably grow to a medium size.
Fly loves to run around with the other big dogs at her foster parents house. She is also good with children. She has taken to housetraining well and has had very few accidents. \ She would benefit from some further training and puppy preschool.
Fly would be perfect for an owner who is prepared to take her for walks every day, has an active lifestyle and a decent sized back yard or farm for her to be able to run around when no one’s home. It would be great if she had another doggy friend for her to play with when she gets bored.
Fly's brother Kashmir is also available for adoption please see his profile for more info.
For more information or to meet Fly please phone foster carer Jade on 0432 202 328 or email music.art.love@gmail.com. Fly is in foster care in Mayfield, NSW (Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Fly's $450 adoption fee covers her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. Your support allows us to continue saving other homeless dogs like Fly. www.DogRescueNewcastle.com.au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
