About Boof ~~ I have a video !
Boof is a 1yr old, male, American Bulldog x. He is VERY friendly and loves attention. Boof will play fetch but is reluctant to hand over the toy once he gets it, instead he will look at you and prance around triumphantly with toy in mouth and wagging his tail until you call him back – something I find quite amusing. He is very gentle and responds well to training. He is not a biter at all but may lick you to death if you let him get close enough.

He is currently living with a 3yr old Ridgeback x Terrier male. There have been no conflicts and they both get along fine. Boof was very submissive and curious when introduced to his new playmate so he would be suitable for any household with existing dogs his size or larger. Boof is happy to spend time outside but loves being inside when he is allowed. He will curl up on your lap and stare at you until he falls asleep.
For more information or to meet Boof please phone Belinda on 0432-065-763 or email belindachapman@hotmail.com. Boof is in foster care in Newcastle, NSW.
Boof's $400 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. See all our dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile. They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
