Nikon

Nikon is a typical bull breed puppy – full of beans with a cheeky sparkle in his eye! He’s super smart and at approx 12wks of age he already knows “sit”, “drop” and “bed”. We’re still working on his “stay” but as you can see from his Christmas photos he’s pretty compliant! He’s also toilet trained and crate trained.

Nikon is currently living with four adult bull breeds and gets on well with them. He does play quite rough, but responds well to an AH-AH when you want him to calm it down. He loves playing fetch and quite happily entertains himself with a toy when left alone.

His bedding is still intact as are the two plush toys he’s had since going into foster care two weeks ago – it would appear that he’s one of those rare bull breeds that doesn’t destroy beds and toys – don’t hold us to that though!

Being a pup, Nikon has little concept of personal space and doesn’t realise that not every dog in the world wants a Nikon-sized-growth sticking out of them, so any new family will need to understand how to train and socialise him, and he – like all pups – would benefit greatly from puppy school.
