About Shep (Adoption Pending)
We love Shep, and Shep loves everyone! He is sweet, playful, gets on well with other dogs and people.
Shep would suit a family that will make him a part of their everyday lives and who can give him some training.
This great dog has been a farm dog and has not had a lot of leash training, however, he is not a puller, more of a "what are we doing?" kind of dog on the lead. He is a quick learner too.
Shep loves the dog park and plays well with all he meets.
Medical notes
Shep had parvovirus on arrival into our care and has fully recovered. He has served a quarantine period as well after he was unwell.
Shep is underweight, but is gaining weight quickly and is looking wonderfully well.
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing maggiesrescueadoptions@gmail.com or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
