Karri is very typical of her breed, which means she's active, intelligent, very human-focused, stubborn, reactive and protective. She loves people and will bond closely to her family and friends.

Karri's best home will be with someone who has experience of Australian Cattle Dogs and appreciates their fiercely loyal temperament.

Karri's will need consistent, intelligent leadership from someone willing to set clear boundaries for her and manage her protective nature. She will need obedience training, at which she will excel. She already knows how to sit and will readily sit for treats, come when called and walk at heel.

Karri gets on well with other dogs, but can be sparky, so lots of engagement with calm, friendly dogs will be of benefit to her.
