About Cheezel
When Cheezel came into care, we were told her is a Pug x JRT, however all we can see in him is Pug! Regardless of his mix, Cheezel is a happy, friendly little man who is going to bring so much joy and fun to a very lucky new home!
Cheezle is an indoor dog and is perfectly house trained. He gets a long wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and would love to have a friendly doggy playmate to keep him company. In addition, Cheezel will require a home where there is someone home during the day, as he is very people focused and doesn't like being on his own for long periods. He is not however a very 'needy' dog, as long as he knows you're there, he doesn't have to be with you every second and is happy to play with his foster doggy friends and his toys!
Cheezel has been in care for several weeks now and has settled beautifully into his foster home! He fancies himself as a bit of a guard dog and will bark if someone approaches the house, but he's just alerting his people to their presence! He is an avid television watcher and seems to think that the tv is an interactive medium, and will occasionally have a bit of a bark if something sparks his interest! Apart from that, he's a well behaved boy, though he has little or no formal training, and would benefit, like most dogs, from a basic obedience course!
Cheezel, as would be expected is a big snorer, so if you're looking for a quiet sleeper, he's not the dog for you!
Cheezel LOVES his food and his new family will have to be mindful of this, so he doesn't become overweight.
Cheezel would make a wonderful family pet, he is good with children and loves attention!
If you think Cheezel might be the perfect new addition to your family, please email for an adoption questionnaire.
Cheezel is in foster care in Croydon.
Medical notes
Cheezel goes to his new home desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and flea and worm treated.
